This room (which is your own private room) is furnished and is very bright and sunny. Wireless internet and utilities are included. You will be sharing the house with two students Laura who is a senior and Matt who is a graduate student, and the owner, a mature single woman and one very sweet chihuahua.

The home is located close to grocery stores, including a Trader Joe's about a mile down the street, a YMCA with a pool is within walking distance. A five minute drive to CSULB and within walking distance to City College.
We're within walking distance to three beautiful parks.
This is an ideal situation for a student, intern, professor. This is also a nice situation for an international student because you have everything you need...just bring your books.
