Additional Parking can also be leased at the City's Community Parking Garage located approximately 2 blocks from the building. Currently, the city rates are $80/month. All parking is subject to limited availability.
9, 12, 15, or 18-month terms are available. 6-month term is available with additional $100/mo short term rate.
Pet approval is subject to breed, age and size restrictions. Additional pet rent of $50/pet is required. Additional pet deposit is not required.
